To qualify for a Pathways Powered by Upstart loan, all loan borrowers must:

1. Have a verifiable name, date of birth and social security number;

2. Be at least 18 years of age;

3. Agree to join the American Consumer Council and Pathways Financial Credit Union;

4. Have a valid e-mail account;

5. Have a job or another verifiable source of regular income;

6. Have a personal banking account at a U.S. financial institution with a routing transit number;
