In order to receive your Pathways Powered by Upstart loan you must agree to the Borrower Platform Agreement,  Privacy Policy,  Electronic Communications Policy and Credit Report and Information Verification Consent, Pathways Financial Credit Union Membership Agreement, Membership with the American Consumer Council and a Promissory Note. You should read all of these agreements and policies carefully as they include important information relating to your loan from Pathways Financial Credit Union.
